Garrett L. Boehm, Jr., concentrates his practice in appellate law, business litigation, environmental law, and employment law. Mr. Boehm has prosecuted and defended appeals in a wide array of tort, contract, and administrative law matters. He also handles the defense of multiple class action disputes involving allegations of consumer fraud, violation of federal statutes such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act. In addition, Mr. Boehm counsels corporations, public entities and individuals in cases alleging violation of federal and state environmental statutes and regulations, and employment and labor dispute issues.
Mr. Boehm is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Appellate Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel.
Mr. Boehm was honored as a 2011 Illinois Super Lawyer Rising Star.
