Jenna L. Buda concentrates her area of practice in insurance coverage and specializes in representing insurers and reinsurers located worldwide with respect to their North American risk exposure. Her experience as an insurance defense litigator allows her to offer her clients counseling in a number of areas including coverage for managed care, medical malpractice, long term care facilities, and general liability.
Ms. Buda is a member of the American, Illinois and Chicago Bar Associations as well as the American Health Lawyers Association and the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management.
