Robert J. Comfort concentrates his trial practice of defending personal injury matters in the areas of general negligence, premises liability, transportation and trucking, hotel hospitality, as well as medical malpractice, and aviation. In addition to Illinois, he has appeared as trial counsel in Colorado, Florida, Michigan, Nevada, New York, and Texas. His success as a trial attorney has been recognized by his peers who have honored him with an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Comfort is a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel, the Trial Lawyers Club of Chicago, and the American Law Firm Association Hospitality Law Section.
